Mental Map

http://www.fedstats.gov/kids/mapstats/concepts_mentalmaps.html

This is a mental map. This map is an example of how a child visually displays Nottingham City Centre inside their mind. This qualifies as a mental map because nothing was used to provide an exact scale of where everything is. This child just thought off the top of their head where every place was in relation to another.
